Tonya is the wife of the late Warren Pickle, the third-generation Pickle who served Amory and the surrounding community. She graduated from Virginia High School in Bristol, Virginia, and afterward from Jefferson Hospital School Of Nursing in Roanoke, Virginia. Later, Tonya received her Graduate Degree from Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, in Post Graduate Operating Room Nursing and Administration.


Tonya was the Head Nurse in the Operating Room for Cardiac, Kidney, and Neuro Surgeries. She worked at Gilmore Memorial Hospital and then at the Monroe County Health Department for over 25 years. 


Tonya's presence at the funeral home ensures that the great standards of care are carried on in the community.

Robert was born and raised in Amory. He is the fourth generation of the Pickle Family serving in the funeral industry. He started working under his father, Warren Pickle, and grandfather, Guy Pickle, when he was 12 years old. 


Robert received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ole Miss and later graduated top in his class at Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a licensed funeral director and licensed embalmer in both Mississippi and Tennessee. 


Robert is married to Diane Fallin Pickle, and they have two children and three foster children. He enjoys playing golf in his downtime and spending time with family and friends.

Paul Petterson has dedicated 63 years to the funeral service profession, beginning his career in 1965 when he attended mortuary school with Warren Pickle in Dallas, Texas. Throughout his distinguished career, Paul has served families across multiple states and is a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Mississippi. His extensive experience includes working at and managing five funeral homes in Texas, giving him a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of funeral service.


In 2023, Paul came to Amory to join his wife, Tonya Pickle, and assist her with the family business, E.E. Pickle Funeral Home. Paul and Tonya were married in 2023, bringing together not only their lives but also their shared dedication to serving families in their community. Paul is proud to continue his lifelong commitment to funeral service at E.E. Pickle Funeral Home, where he brings decades of experience, leadership, and compassion to the families he serves.

Kimberly Comer is a 2024 graduate of East Mississippi Community College’s Mortuary Science program, graduating Cum Laude. During her time at East Mississippi, she was recognized as Business Law Student of the Year and is a member of Phi Theta Kappa (PTK). Before entering the funeral service profession, Kimberly spent 17 years working in Medicaid planning and long-term care, where she gained extensive experience assisting residents and their families with financial planning and navigating the complexities of long-term care.


Kimberly joined E.E. Pickle Funeral Home in July 2024 and serves as a Funeral Director and Embalmer. She is also a Crematory Operator and Preneed Specialist, allowing her to assist families with both immediate needs and thoughtful preplanning. Kimberly is committed to providing each family with compassionate, professional, and personalized care while helping them navigate one of life’s most difficult moments with dignity and understanding.

Kelsi Wright is a 2010 graduate of Smithville High School and continued her education at Itawamba Community College, where she graduated from the Occupational Therapy Assistant program in 2016. Following graduation, Kelsi spent eight years working at Aurora Nursing Home and Rehabilitation, from 2016 until 2024. Her experience in long-term care allowed her to develop a strong understanding of compassionate care and the importance of serving others with patience, dignity, and respect.


Kelsi joined E.E. Pickle Funeral Home in April 2024 and currently serves as the Office Manager. In this role, she helps ensure the daily operations of the funeral home run smoothly while assisting families and supporting the funeral home staff. Kelsi is also continuing her education and training as she works toward becoming a Funeral Director and Preneed Specialist. She is honored to be part of the E.E. Pickle Funeral Home family and looks forward to continuing to grow in the funeral service profession while helping families plan ahead and serving the families of her community with compassion and care.

Cade Patterson is a lifelong resident of Monroe County and a 2025 graduate of Nettleton High School, where he graduated in the top five of his class and was inducted into the Nettleton High School Hall of Fame. Cade began his career with E.E. Pickle Funeral Home in 2024 as a Funeral Associate. Through his experience working alongside the funeral home staff and serving local families, he quickly discovered a passion for the funeral service profession.


Cade is a Crematory Operator and is currently continuing his education and training to become a Funeral Director. He is dedicated to learning all aspects of funeral service and takes pride in providing families with compassionate, respectful, and professional care. As a lifelong member of the Monroe County community, Cade values the opportunity to serve the families and community he has always called home.

Mickey was born in Amory, grew up in Monroe County, and graduated from Hatley, MS. He is a funeral associate for Pickle Funeral Home and treats every family with great compassion. 


Mickey is a Mississippi State University Graduate, and he attended Delta State University and got his master's degree in Physical Education and School Administration. He worked many years as a coach, teacher, and administrator at Hatley High School, Nettleton High School, and Aberdeen High School. Mickey also worked as the Women's Basketball Coach at Delta State University, where they won a National Championship. 


Mickey is married to Sheila Kerr, and they have three grown children and six grandsons. Pickle Funeral Home is blessed to have such a great person on staff.

Diane was born in Ohio and has lived in many states during her lifetime, including California, Maryland, Montana, Tennessee, the District of Columbia, Ohio, and Mississippi. She works in the funeral home's office and helps with insurance and accounts. 


Diane is married to Robert Pickle, and they have 2 children and 3 foster children. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, a minor in Aviation, and a minor in Accounting. She is a Mississippi licensed insurance agent and a licensed preneed agent.
